At Tatle Gear, we stand behind the quality of our knives. If your knife arrives damaged or experiences a failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ve got you covered.

What We Cover:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship: If something isn’t right, we’ll repair or replace it.
  • Shipping damage: Knives damaged during transit will be replaced or repaired at no cost.
  • Failures not caused by misuse: If your knife fails under normal use, we’ll take care of it.

Your knife will be replaced with the same model or one of equal value if the original item is no longer available or in production.

What We Don’t Cover:

  • Misuse or abuse: Prying, dropping, throwing, or other improper uses.
  • Missharpening or unauthorized modifications: Damage caused by incorrect sharpening or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear: Dulling, scratches, or cosmetic damage from regular use.
  • Loss or theft: We cannot replace lost or stolen knives.

Note: To ensure your warranty is valid, proof of purchase from an authorized reseller is required. Repairs made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
