The Tatle Gear™-Red Slider

Too often people feel they need to spend hundreds of dollars to get a dependable, quality knife. That’s simply not true. This Red Slider flipper knife is proof. Unfortunately Tatle Gear will not get the mention it deserves from the social media “experts” who save their praises for the higher end knives most of can’t afford. This knife has clean lines, a thin profile with micarta scales, and a super sharp blade right out of the box. The splash of red around the pivot adds a touch of class. There is no blade play and centering is perfect. I highly recommend this knife and look forward to trying more products from this company.

Nice design, comfortable handle, good steel and slick looks. Fast opening and really easy to EDC too. Why spend $200 on a knife when you can get a knife this good for such a fair price? Hope for many more knives like this from Tatle.

The Red Slider is a great EDC knife. The micata scales are excellent. There is zero blade play on the extremely sharp blade, The pocket clip works nicely. I have other knives were the pocket clip and the screws holding it on are both above the scales, causing it to be difficult to get all the way into a pocket. This knife slides right in.

I love this knife so much. I purchased the knife, not necessarily for outdoor use, I was thinking the ease of having a sharp object when you need it. It has come extremely handy – to open boxes, cutting a wire,-even cutting an apple for my child with a loose tooth 😁
My next purchase will be the complete kit and I plan to leave that in my car. I also plan on getting that complete kit for my husband the next time I need a gift for him.
